Since we have not had a group meeting in some time, I'd like this to become a topic of discussion on this forum.
To start, this article goes over some of the reasons we might act, one way or the other, when faced with this situation:

That being said, if the group already has a plan of action for this situation, then there will be no need to stop and discuss it in the middle of a crisis. It's a prepper thing which needs to be addressed now and not after the event.
