While the article address teenagers specifically, the ideas apply to any member who is a threat to others.

We would almost certainly have to deal with survivors from outside the group, many of whom will be younger and lack experience in dealing, responsibly, with others.

I am reminded of the old malaprop:  "Curb Your Teenager".   Some of you may get that...
